Madeline Kent Cakes is a small artisan food business based in the beautiful, undulating ranges of Victoria in Australia.

At Madeline Kent Cakes we feel there is something very personal and sensual about baking. Maybe it's the pleasure gained from working with the finest ingredients; the rich velvety smoothness of couverture chocolate, the sweet tang of ginger, the dark bite of espresso or perhaps the aroma of freshly roasted nuts in the kitchen.

Maybe it's all of these and the fact that we are able to enjoy using our instinct and senses, in the creative process that is cooking.
